The IQGPT Call Record Analytics widget is an efficient tool for analyzing phone conversations in amoCRM. It converts speech into text and allows for a detailed analysis of conversations based on the criteria you specify. The analysis is performed using the ChatGPT neural network.
How does the widget work?
When call recordings are received in Kommo, the widget transcribes them into text and analyzes them based on the «Prompt» field in the settings.

Find the IQGPT Call Record Analytics widget in the «Integrations» section.
After installation, you will see the IQGPT Call Record Analytics settings. Navigate to it.

Widget setup
Fill in the «Prompt» field with text that helps the model understand how to correctly analyze your call recordings.
Example of a prompt: Analyze the given text transcription of the conversation. Separate the speech of different participants into individual dialogues, using labels such as «Speaker 1», «Speaker 2», and so on. Then:
Identify key business information, including:
- Main topics of discussion.
- Decisions made.
- Agreements on deadlines, tasks, and responsibilities.
- Mentioned figures (budgets, metrics, deadlines, etc.).
- References to clients, partners, or important individuals.
- Highlight any questions or disagreements that arose.
Present the response in the following format:
«Key Information» section: a concise list with bullet points.
«Questions/Disagreements» section: a list with explanations.
«Dialogues» section: speech divided by speakers.

After completing the setup, each incoming and outgoing call will be analyzed and leave a note in the lead.
Go to «Leads» (indicated by the red arrow), then navigate to the lead where the call was made (example, black arrow). There you will find a note with the analysis of the conversation based on your parameters.
